A Supplemental Job Displacement (SJDB) voucher is a non-transferrable voucher used for education-related retraining and/or skill enhancement. It can be used to pay for education, counseling, and/or training services. Return-to-Work Supplement Program (RTWSP)
The Return-to-Work Supplement Program is a $120 million fund providing supplemental payments to injured workers whose permanent disability benefits are unreasonably low when compared to their financial losses. This benefit is available to injured workers in addition to and after receiving the SJDB Voucher.
